The single-family house with three bedrooms adapts to the morphology of the original land and avoids extraordinary costs in the construction of the platform. This made it possible to free the central space of the plot of land for the large garden and swimming pool, which have an unobstructed view over the horizon.

As it is an architectural project for a single-storey house, it was necessary to guarantee the privacy of the rooms, especially those closest to the social area. For this purpose, the two volumes have different functions and establish an obtuse angle between them, thus making it difficult to perceive the interior space of the rooms from the social area.

These volumes overlap in the entrance area, and the right foot of the social space is higher, in order to respect the different functions of the house. In the social area, a space with more light and air is intended, while in the rooms we want a feeling of comfort and closeness.
