Residential housing development study and PIP submission

This project consists of an architectural feasibility study and PIP submission for a residential housing development promoted by a private investor.

The objective was to maximise the development potential of the plot within the applicable planning constraints, balancing density, buildability, and market viability. The study explored volumetric scenarios, access strategies, and spatial organisation to define a housing complex that responds to topography, landscape, and regulatory limits.

The architectural proposal is based on a cluster of residential volumes carefully positioned to optimise land use while maintaining spatial quality, privacy, and integration with the natural context. The design strategy focuses on efficient layouts, rational construction logic, and scalable housing units suitable for phased development.

By translating planning regulations into a clear architectural framework, the project provides the investor with decision ready information, reducing risk at an early stage and establishing a solid basis for future licensing and detailed design.

This work reflects AM Fusion Lab’s approach to architectural development studies, where strategic planning, design intelligence, and investment optimisation are addressed simultaneously.
